To further articulate what annoys me about elves.

Their concept of beauty, especially in the movies, is very human. If elves were really so unabashedly in love with nature, all of nature, what humans (and maybe dwarves) find repugnant could very well be beautiful to an elf. Especially one from the woods. So here's a very VERY silly version of that.

The message got a little muddled as the comic evolved and just became an exercise in absurdity _{and being gross as possible.}

Remember, when a wood elf calls you his fuzzy little maggot, it's a *good* thing.

I don't really have a head-canon beyond them being close friends. These are just goofy comics and I tend to change the tone and the relationship depending on what strikes me.

I love these little comics! They're both drawn very well, and this one made me giggle. Lol maggots...I hope you make more of these, there's not a lot of Gimli Legolas stuff out there.
