For those curious, yes, I do take commissions for metalwork, however casting tends to be rather expensive because of all the finishing it takes. (not to mention the molding). So, something like this would be about $200 at the minimum. There are other forms of metalsmithing that take much less time however. I'm very fast with the chasing tools, so a pendant or ring or brooch, what have you, molded that way might be $100 or maybe less. And something done with the hydralic press can take MUCH less time. It just depends on what the buyer's looking for. If something like this somehow became very popular, I could make a rubber mold off the original, and that would make the time and cost drop considerably.
