[chuckles] It's an old folk song. The girl it talks about is named 'Flora', so the title along with the painting itself, immediately made me think of it. The particular song version I was thinking of is the one by Peter, Paul, and Mary, re-named 'Flora'. Definitely a good song to look up if you're a fan of folk music.
