More quick stuff.

I used to use a lot of muted colors and now I'm breaking into the purely saturated paints. On one hand, it's liberating and kind of fun. On the other I feel embarrassed, like I'm becoming the Thomas Kinkade of the goofy fantasy animal world. I already sometimes feel a little bit like a Rob Liefeld who draws goofy fantasy animals.

Goofy?

Let me tell you something sister. I haven't seen a single thing of yours I'd consider goofy. There's a difference between goofy and whimsical, and you have a ton of whimsy to share. Goofy is an eye roller - your work Always makes me go "wow!"

Remember, to many people, you're a grand source of inspiration. Believe in it.
