Did most of this in Painter with a few touchups in Photoshop. I'm not sure how long it took me.
Ah... what to say... definitely done done done. So no crits unless you feel like giving a complete critique, and not just 'this looks wrong' or 'that looks funny'. If there is something you feel seriously hurts the image, I may consider fixing it, but I just have a lot to do. Not much time to go back now, ya know?
EDIT: Ok.. a LOT of people are complaining about the blue nose. First of all, I just draw 'em how they come. It's a commission. I'm not going to change someone else's character just because it's peculiar. Second of all, the commissioner has a reason for the blue nose that comes from something remniscent of a myth story. It wasn't just tacked on for no reason XD
