*dances around madly* MY FIRST PRINT EVAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or at least it will be, when I figure out how to submit it. Whee!

OK, so I spent more time on this than usual. Hours and hours. It's Nar and his friend D out in the garden at the castle that they stay in from time to time. So, there's going to be this ball (as soon as my busy ass finds enough time to finish prompts in the RP) and all the people get different costumes based on these whacky little items they find in these door thingies. D, (really Andeena, but nobody calls her that) gave him the little moth brooch so his outfit, which can hardly be seen because of those darn leaves, is based on a moth. And hence the luna moths around and about.

When I first began this, it was way back in november or some time. I stopped because my computer was too shitty to support the file size needed to get in all the detail. But when I got it fixed I could finish. And I have. :P I was heavily influenced by Hindu paintings at the time, particularly those of Lord Shiva and his family. The layout is a little similar to those I've seen. I dunno, it has a similar feel to it.

Um... that's all. The flowers on the right I just made up, and those on the left are peones. And the moths are just luna moths.

Good heavens. I could only imagine how many replacement wrists you went through making this. @.@ It's wonderful! All so life-like. If i was to learn anything, it would be to draw realism. Sigh. The background is mind blowing... i sat there staring at it for a good few minutes. ^-^; If i had money, i would definently buy this.

OH MY! i think this is the best one you have ever doen hibbary! and i am not just saying that! this reminds me of an oil painting almost! it is just amazing. i think i will put a link to this in my journal.

this is simply...wow. I've always been impressed by your work, but this piece by far is the most amazing thing I have ever seen. the detail is simply gorgeous, and the outfits, so lovely. everything about this image is so awe inspiring. such great work

replacement wrists!!!! that's the best ever!!! XD Naw, my wrist did alright. It's my patience and my horrible artists ADD that suffered. The only thing keeping me going was the desire to get it finished :D

Well, it seems to me that your time and effort was NOT wasted - this is probably one of the most fantastic pieces I've ever seen by you, hibbary. :) Good luck getting your prints account up and running - I'm rooting for you!
