More work for [link] this time the beach foraging area.
I know there were a good few people who were intrigued by the project. For those of you who may be interested in purchasing an alpha account on khimeros, they are now available. I would recommend signing up for a forums account first so that you can view the informational thread, which will keep you up to date on the various things that have been implemented on the site to date. You can sign up for the forums by visiting [link] Once you have a forum account you can view this topic: [link] which contains an overview of alpha accounts and also contains the TOS (Terms of Service) for the site
To purchase an account simply visit [link] and be sure to enter your correct email address.
Khimeros will be offering free accounts in the future, however we do not have an estimate as to when we will be opening up free accounts. Watch the forums or the site news for updates!
This is simply beautiful paint. The perspective of your detailing; water, scenery, and light, are incredible. Not even I can pull this off at this level.
The audience interaction really adds a lot to those panels. We gave BlizzCon attendees this year first access to Cataclysm content. Have you heard from many players who had a chance to try out segments of the Goblin and Worgen starting areas we had available at BlizzCon? for mor info plz visit www.livetv.pk id=8006
Beautiful work. The play of light and shadow was what always drew me to Royo. Noting things like that has been a hobby ever since my days searching Heavy Metal covers for his work.
Your work with the light hitting the water is pretty good - not sure how spot on it is but the big point is how many times I've seen paintings where artists forgot that little detail. (Or not so little - that's a lot of light beams and the falling light itself looks grand to me.)
The water too is superb. The flow of the waves and their meeting with the shore is evident throughout. Even the washed up bottle has that wonderful shadow and lighted center going.
I hope khimeros knows and appreciates the wonderful artist he has working for him. It's a grand project and I'm glad to see you're putting in so much time and effort, and still liking the outcome.
@MasterStryke Just because Hibbary's art has a lot of followers and +favs does not mean its over rated, it means it is liked. Just because you like other art better does not mean others do, art is perceived differently by everyone and for all you know people view this artwork as being better than was you think is better. In the future please think about your comments before you post and remember that everyone has different opinions and views.
