I've discovered that everything I dislike about oil paint is negated by painting on bristol. Oil is now my new best friend.
I painted all day. This is the first result. Painted alla prima (finished all at one time) in maybe... an hour and a half. Something like that. it's 9" by 6" I maaay get back into it and flesh out some areas later on. I'm not certain yet. |
