For a really long time DA had a lot of trouble with uploads print-sized and up and I was unable to upload any paper. It was rather obnoxious. It seems the problem has sorted itself out. Now if only the upload size were big enough that I didn't have to chop up the zip files hmm.....

You have to download it to see the papers. The paper is free for any use, commercial or personal, provided you don't try to sell the paper itself. In other words it has to be used in some project. You can't sell it as it appears here.

If you submit it here, try to link back to this upload. I won't be a nazi about it, though. I don't care if people don't remember; I just want everyone to have the opportunity to use the papers.
