Something quick. I swear I'm planning on doing some serious artwork soon. These are just little tidbits for shows. I think I drew it straight with pen so it's a little wonky.

What media do you use for these? Do you have a process listed out somewhere already?

First a put down a layer of acrylic paint. (I use left-over paint from my palette to stain new pieces of paper). Then a layer of iridescent additive. I then drew the dragon, inked him, put down the blue background wash and worked the same blue in as shading. Lastly, I added some acrylic highlights.
