yesh! So many people requested color and here it be. My little twiggy dragon I didn't feel like doing a big BG because I knew I'd mess it up and lose interest. This seems to work out just fine anyway. I scanned one of my handcolored cardstocks in and added a light filter.
I recall someone saying the leaves ought to be the same color as the dragon's wings, but I invisioned the leaves green and wings brown.. I'll make a subspecies that changes colors with the seasons, but for now, all brown At first I wondered if the bright green was distracting, but decided it wasn't. It was a good focus or co-focus and kind of hides the dragon, which is good--that's what he wants ^_^
