A book I made in fibers class. The paper is pressed cotton linter, printed on with textile ink, and embossed with a stamp I made out of a rubber sheet. The cover is hand dyed silk. The holes were made with a burning stick of incense. XD It was supposed to be representational of rebirth through death, but that's hard to see without viewing it page by page. This is just a splash of some of them.

I know this may be a lot of ask, but do you think you could post a quick tutorial on how to make a book like this ? I would really like to make a book for my portfolio but I wouldn't know where to start. I'm only asking because it really is beautiful. Get back to me !

Absolutely beautiful.
It makes me feel somewhat inspired that something so abstract with non specific lines or meanings can be so awe inspiring - it isn't simply a book with a picture on each page as such, it's more like a sculpture
