meadow foraging background

more artwork for Khimeros.com This is one of the foraging environments: the meadow. Different foraging items can be procured from each environment and are then used as components to make new items.

The image itself was taken from an old sketch of mine I'd done just for larks that the owner and crew wanted painted--a unicorn being decorated by birds. I expanded the original to include the background. Not my usual, but it's nice to do something different once in a while.




This image is still something of a WIP. It is perhaps 98% done, but I want to wait a few weeks to come back to it with a fresh eye. I thought I'd like to show everyone what I've been up to, regardless; what's been keeping me from my other work.
