alone in the mist

I've found a new, fun art to delve into--mixed media!!!! Yep, I love that dirty, dark look of the mixed media. This be charcoal and acyrlic on slate grey card stock. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. And for once the scan came out really well, too.
Dragons have always been my first love as far as art's concerned, but I have a stigma about ever drawing them anymore because they're so friggin cliche. Everybody and there mother draws dragons on deviant and I thought perhaps people would get tired of looking at them (like I get tired of looking at all the anime that looks exactly the same). I have a similar feeling towards furs, even though I find myself drawing them often I feel it would be redundant to upload them here. Well, anyway, I made an exception this time, and if people don't mind seeing stuff from me that they probably see in every other archive on the net, than I don't mind uploading it. ^_^
